WINDY HILLS TREE LIGHTING

Springdale is invited to lead the Christmas sing-a-long at the City of Windy Hills Glow on the Green event at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, November 30. All are invited to participate, The City of Windy Hills is located at the corner of Brownsboro Road and Rudy Lane.

CHRISTMAS GIVING TREES

In November Springdale will support the EACM Christmas Store and the Angel Tree of the Prison Fellowship.  Bring the EACM gifts unwrapped and the Prison Fellowship Angel Tree gifts wrapped back by November 30. Or you can make a donation by cash or check. Make checks out to Springdale with EACM gifts on the memo line.

ADVENT POTLUCK/PROGRAM

On Sunday, December 7, Springdale will have their annual Advent Potluck / program. Come at 5 p.m. for an Advent activity. At 6 p.m. A potluck dinner will be served in the fellowship hall. BLANKET TREE

Springdale will collect blankets during the month of December to give to the homeless this winter. The blankets don’t need to be new, just clean and in good condition. Place your donation on the tree in the gathering area.

Both worship services will include candle lighting.

Welcome to Springdale!

Springdale Presbyterian Church is a middle-sized church with “small-church” closeness. We are a multi-generational congregation who works and prays together to make a difference in our world. We are a community that cares for one another, both inside and outside our congregation.

The Cents-ability offering total for November was $174.50
Giving to the annual Dare to Care Hunger Walk totaled $260
The PYC’s annual Trivia Night raised $2,142 for their 2014 mission efforts
By using Kroger gift cards in 2014, SPC earned $3,220 for the PYC to use toward their 2014 mission trips.
Springdale had 25 pints of blood given for the American Red Cross
