Springdale will collect blankets during the month of December to give to the homeless this winter. The blankets don’t need to be new, just clean and in good condition. Place your donation on the tree in the gathering area.

 The Belles and Beaux handbell and adult choirs have invited local senior adult living facilities to come enjoy an afternoon of holiday music at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 18. The event is free and open to everyone. Refreshments will be served afterwards.

Springdale’s Preschool is currently accepting regristrations for 3 & 4 year olds for the 2014-2015 school year. For more information contact Carrie at 423-9510.

The Little Free Library at Springdale Presbyterian Church, 7812 Brownsboro Road, is available to the community. Take a book; leave a book. Any time, any day. Enjoy FREE fiction, non fiction, and children’s books. Use the Little Free Library for your reading pleasure!

Springdale Presbyterian Church is a middle-sized church with “small-church” closeness. We are a multi-generational congregation who works and prays together to make a difference in our world. We are a community that cares for one another, both inside and outside our congregation.

Giving to the annual Dare to Care Hunger Walk totaled $260
The PYC’s annual Trivia Night raised $2,142 for their 2014 mission efforts
By using Kroger gift cards in 2014, SPC earned $3,220 for the PYC to use toward their 2014 mission trips.
Springdale had 25 pints of blood given for the American Red Cross
